Staying on nostr listening to all the conspiracy theories all the times is making me a negative person. I'm unable to enjoy life. Maybe time to take a long hiatus from social media altogether.

Tried opening an account with X. They want my email. Gave a burner email. They sent an email saying I'm fake and they can't approve the account. Talking about having no privacy online.

I hope AI dies off like NFTs

I dunno how spam is controlled on nostr. But now that bots have their own brains, it's almost impossible to control misinformation and spam on nostr.

There's literally nobody active on blueskysocial.

There's no more townhall for us online. Bots are everywhere.

People opting out of buying, paying for stuff as a sign of disobedience to protest in a peaceful way is long gone from existence. We are all filled with uncontrolled rage now. Who else thinks this behavior was manufactured into the population over a period of time to make us forget the immense power of opting out of a corrupt system ?

Nostr is full of bots now.

People going after AI and improving it giving it own computers, social media is kinda like the white guy who goes to check on some creepy sound that came from an abandoned building in the middle of the woods at midnight, with nothing but a flashlight in his hand. You know what happens to him. He dies first in the movie.

I miss a lot of people from X. Just to feel like I'm part of a community that talks normal mind numbing boring stuff. Too worried to go due to rage fueling algos.

My stance kept changing when it comes to non self hosted AI. I started to realize that the self hosting is definitely more cumbersome and this point given my limited technical skills, I'm sure I have a lot other points of attack surface that I have no clue how to close nor have the time for it. Bitcoin will be the only self custody thing I'll ever own. I need to live too.

This has to be emphasized enough here on nostr. The core team of enthusiasts of Bitcoin are enabling such banks in the name of Bitcoin being the new stable asset. Everything was fun and games until the Bitcoin crashed 50%. 1. It's never okay to take a loan. The worst case scenario is bankruptcy. 2. Invest only what you save and save it in Bitcoin. 3. People who enable Bitcoin banks are dealing it in fiat. They care about fiat gains. 4. If you don't buy, sell and transact in Bitcoin, it'll lose its use case scenario. 5.
