I wonder why we see beauty in the world. To explain my doubt better, why can’t the world be grey with no colors? Why did we adapt to see colors? And even if we do see colors, what’s the reason we feel joy to see all those colors get together to create something we like to stare at? Why do we get the feeling of awe when we look at a huge mountain or vast sea or thunderstorm?! Now that robots are taking over, humans will have a lot of time to ponder on these questions. Isn’t that the excuse? I bought the narrative.

When you hear Buddha’s story it feels like he went to hardships, starved, begged for food, gave up on everything and finally realized he didn’t have to do any of that to be enlightened. So what you want but it kinda feels like the dude gave up and told everyone just chill. It kinda became a religion. I mean the movie, THE BIG LEBOWSKI essentially is the same concept.
