#Nostr I'm constantly thinking of ways a threat actor would attempt to block/break the #NYM app in order to mitigate those risks. One vector could have been taking down the CDN for the nostr-tools library, which would have completely broken the app until it either came back online or was replaced. In the interest of making the app as censorship-resistant as possible and as a failsafe, the nostr-tools library is now bundled within the app.

With the iOS/macOS PWA or native app, when its backgrounded, Apple kills all of the websocket connections and then when opening the app again the relay connections were becoming stale and not fetching any new messages since last viewing a channel. But, I think I've solved that now in latest update. Once app comes back into view, it reconnects to relays retries the REQs and loads new messages in a few seconds.
