I’m not rich. I’m no billionaire like Jack. I don’t have a grant like other devs. There isn’t a team or even any other contributors. It’s literally just me spending all day and scraping together what I can personally finance. But I think I’ve been able to build a very good app. This isn’t a call for zaps. I just ask that if you find value in Nymchat, you share it with your friends and family. Spread the word about it. I believe it’s one of those apps that as governments continue to push the boundaries of totalitarianism, it must exist 🙏

Hey #Nostr one of the most requested features for #Nymchat has been Bluetooth mesh integration. I’m happy to say there is an early build of this on the Zapstore. And it’s interoperable with Bitchat. It also works in any channel. So if you’re in a channel and then the internet connection dies, all subsequent messages are sent over Bluetooth 😎

I am 100% convinced that the closed source model developers, like Anthropic, purposely instruct their models to hallucinate and/or partially ignore instructions so that you need to repeatedly reprompt them in order to increase token burn, thereby pumping up their revenue.

Pushed a hotfix to #Nymchat that fixes a bug I had accidentally introduced where if someone with a skewed system clock sends a messge that message when backfilled could potentially keep being listed as if I were brand new. Change is fixed on web, just waiting for approval on app stores, and about to push update to Zapstore.
