Crazy evening!
Went down to the chicken and duck runs to put put the birds to bed and found the double doors to the chicken coop wide open. The chickens know how good they have it & were in the coop in their spots for sleeping. Still, an animal could have gotten in & killed them. Closed them up then put the ducks to bed.
On the pond, heard a commotion & 2 Canadian geese had flown in & were fighting the 2 that have taken up residence there. Physical fighting on the water & flying up over the water attacking each other. They’re down there squawking now.
