Drugs like semaglutide are fucking crazy. Starting to have friends detail their experience using it. Not just for hunger suppression…but like, it gets rid of ALL addictive “cravings”. ALL. CRAVINGS. THAT…is crazy, to me. I’d try it just to stop checking social feeds every 4 minutes. A very real problem of mine for over a decade now. Downsides are overblown, too - it doesn’t permanently fuck up your appetite and make you hungrier than ever, and it doesn’t give you “Ozempic ass” lol - if your body eventually realizes the effects of the drug have left your system (once stopping), and you’re down 25 pounds, of course it’s going to be like “holy FUCK, I am hungry.” Same for the rumored ass loss, lol - you can’t just housewives of Manhattan this drug and stop lifting weights, or eating properly healthy foods. It’s a tool, you still need to execute on proof of work. 🤷‍♂️

Talked to an “economist” today who believes that, by thinking CPI inflation data isn’t even remotely representative of true inflation numbers/how it impacts individuals, it makes you a conspiracy theorist. When I do nap during the day, I always - ALWAYS - sleep significantly harder and deeper than so do at night. It’s amazing sleep. I’m a sunlight maximalist and my circadian rhythm is optimal. Are there legitimately people who just naturally sleep harder/better during the daytime, due to internal biological reasons? I’d kill to sleep like this during the night (I sleep fine at night, but not this deeply. Not even close).
