The U.S. initiation into this conflict is almost worse than Iraq because in this case we weren’t even attacked and there was no threat at all! This is Israel’s fight, Iran isn’t close to a nuclear weapon, Trump was building allies with his recent Middle East tour and has all the leverage to constrain Iran. Everyone would be safer if Trump had said enough to Bibi, he resigned and sounder logic prevailed in Israeli govt. My hope now is that a deal is swiftly reached, which will probably piss off Bibi because he needs war and regime change in Iran
