Vibe in the markets lmao

Year after year people keep trying different things that they think will be better than Bitcoin in xyz way.
And year after year it fails in any of these categories:
- technically
- socially
- monetarily
There is no second best.
Look — past selloffs and bear markets we’re used to are people crashing out on shitcoins and selling everything to hold cash
Now this is folks selling bitcoin to fund their bets in AI. Most will be caught in a bubble.
Anyway, hang tight.
Mike Brock saying Trump was dead and then saying nvm was the bottom guys !

Bitcoin may not continue to be the “best performing asset” ever. It’s not going to always be that every single year.
But this is good, in that it requires people who previously refused to to explore “well what else is it then?”
That’s where the real journeys begins.
Investoors looking to make easy money in AI rn
But here’s the thing — are you holding the right AI stock when the bubble pops, or an unwind occurs?
For crypto — there is only one Bitcoin. Best to hold it and stack more of it
don’t make me meme it

Stay humble stack sats

This selloff is sheer emotion lol

I know Bitcoin is going lower bc nostr is starting to cook again 🔥🔥🔥
Remeber nostr nests in 2023 and 2024 and zapping each other way too much
Man, thems the good ol’ days
Me to nostr

I’m not sure why people are freaking out about MSTR
whether it’s Bitcoiners or tradfi guys
MSTR is proving more and more they are a equity/stock/fintech company first and foremost. Acting more and more to appease the credit rating agencies.
Good for fintech bros who want to see that, and also good for Bitcoiners in that it continues to not even be remotely similar to Bitcoin itself in cold storage.
The less ideologue/posturing MSTR does as this maxi bitcoin company, the more “there is no second best” is reality.
You want a stock? Fine. You want bitcoin? There is no comparing. Little both? Go for it.
Shoegaze kinda night
I’ve been interacting with AI on a bit more personal basis recently in terms of identity and tensions I experience navigating life, work, etc. a sounding board as I constantly run into the challenge of being hyper aware (and having an overactive mind) and dealing with my normal day to day life.
Here are some interesting things it said back to me
“The upside is that these traits can make someone insightful and effective.
The downside is that they can create a chronic feeling of alienation.
Not because you’re smarter than everyone else, but because you’re operating from a different set of assumptions.”
“The frustration I hear is less “people don’t appreciate me” and more:
“Why do so many people seem content to live on autopilot when existence itself is so strange and important?”
That’s a question a lot of thoughtful people end up carrying around for much of their lives.”
It’s been an interesting sounding board recently.
Iran deal soon like inflation is transitory you feel me
Thankful for all the cypherpunk bitcoiners still around, fighting and not giving up.
Much to be hopeful and bullish about. Keep pushing!
Paul is such a special man. So funny, witty, kind. Always has been. Loved this interview.
Bitcoin was the best version of peer to peer cash created after decades of cypherpunk experimentation.
Ethereum came along and ultimately their creators decided they didn’t believe in physics and were replicating the errors of the current system.
Then the rest of the shitcoin economy followed suit.
There is simply no other Bitcoin or peer to peer cash!
