I’ve tried many different versions of fried chicken, but what I really love is a flaky, crispy coating. I recently tried a simple version using only flour.. no egg and no breadcrumbs.. and I actually liked it even more! I guess that’s the secret to getting that flaky coating. No matter how you cook your fried chicken, it can still be delicious. There’s no single best recipe or one person who cooks better than everyone else. It all depends on your taste and how you season your food. We shouldn’t look down on someone else’s recipe just because they cook it differently.

After days of cutting, arranging, and putting everything together, I can finally say… the journal scrapbook kits are done! Each pack has 15 different scrapbook paper designs, plus tags, vintage dolls, stickers, and other little pieces they can cut out and use for decorating. I was already rushing near the end because everything needs to be ready for tomorrow. I wanted to add ribbons to the headers too, but there simply wasn’t enough time. It may not be exactly what I imagined at first, but seeing everything finished makes me happy. Now, I just hope they’ll love them as much as I enjoyed making them.

These keep me busy lately.. cutting, printing, and preparing everything. There’s still a lot to do, but I’m enjoying the process. It keeps my hands busy and my mind occupied too.

My eldest came to me and asked if I could make some journal scrap papers for her MAPEH subject. She said she already had so much schoolwork to finish, so I decided to help her. She also asked me to make some journal stickers. Then she reminded me, “Make them neat because we might be able to sell them too.” So, I started working on them today. I’ve already made most of the designs, and now I just need to finish the packaging and add a few more journal scrap designs. Hopefully, I can finish everything on time. It turned out to be another little project for me, but I’m enjoying it!

I think I got my timing wrong when I bought BCH. It looks like the price might still be heading lower, so I may have entered too early. I’ll just keep watching the market and see where it goes next. For now, I’m not going to panic or rush into another trade. Sometimes the best move is simply to wait, observe the trend, and learn from the timing. Hopefully, BCH finds some support soon and gives us a better move.

I was getting bored again, so I decided to print some stationery paper today. But it looks like my printer is having a little problem.. it keeps feeding two sheets of paper at once. Could it be because of the cold weather?

But with the amount of rug pulls happening lately, I still can't bring myself to trust it. After so many days of heavy rain, it finally stopped, and the sun is slowly starting to show. Classes are still cancelled because many homes are still flooded. Thankfully, we’re back home now and have already started cleaning. It’s not perfectly clean yet because there’s only so much we can do with the weather. We’ve also used up all our clean rags because almost everything got wet. Hopefully, the weather stays better from here.

BCH dropped a little today, so now I’m curious—what could be the next move? Will it continue to dip, move sideways, or surprise us with another pump? Sometimes the market just likes to keep us guessing. For now, I’m just watching and waiting. If BCH drops a little more, maybe it’s another chance to buy. But if it suddenly pumps, then I’ll just watch from the sidelines and say, “I knew it!” What do you think BCH will do next?

Because of the heavy rain, we were forced to evacuate this morning because the floodwater had already entered our home. We had no choice but to leave. Thankfully, we have a friend nearby who was kind enough to let us stay somewhere safe and take shelter for now.

Rain has been pouring the whole night, and it’s already been 5 days of rainy weather! At this point, I think the rain is getting comfortable here. The best thing I wish for is for BCH to rain too! Lol. That might not be possible, but at least I hope BCH goes up to $280. Or maybe drop again so I can buy more. Either way, I’m just here waiting.
