If you provide a product or service, customer support should not be handled via X. If you have a website, there should be a clear way to contact someone or open a ticket. @Yopaki @Francisco

The amount of clicking required to read through a thread is exhausting. Then IF you finally make it to the end, you gotta click back the same number of times. And each click requires the app to have to play catch-up. I don't know if this is a feature, or a bug!!! Lol #nostr
