I usually install the distro in a virtual machine. Usually virtualbox. Then I create a backup of the disk with dd command.

Restore that backup on a USB stick. And then resize the partitions to fill the entire USB stick.

Another thing worth mention, if you have in issue on the #BlockstreamJade wallet being detected on your Linux distro. Try to connect it directly to the computer. Don't use any USB Hub.
