Open several files at once on desktop and switch between them with a click, Ctrl+Tab or Ctrl+1 to 9. Your tabs come back the next time you open PearOffice • Open a file in its own window. Choose Open in new window from a file's menu to put it beside another one or on a second screen. Your windows come back after a restart • Version history. Documents, sheets and slides keep their earlier versions. See who changed what and when, with changes marked, and restore any earlier version • @ chips in documents. Type @ to add a person, a file, a folder or a date. A person's name stays current, and a file opens with a tap • Links on pictures and shapes. Give a picture in a document, or a picture or shape on a slide, a link to a web page, an email address, a file or a folder. Clicking it during a slideshow opens it • Links to PearCal. PearCal v1.0.51 is out! A peer-to-peer group calendar What's new: New Features - Open calendar files straight into PearCal. Tap a calendar file (.ics) in your email, Files or another app, or share it to PearCal, and the import screen opens on its own. - Desktop: you can now hand a group over to another member, or claim a group whose owner has been inactive for more than 30 days. - Desktop: "Reset app data" is now in Settings. Clear your calendar and groups and stay the same person, or start over as a new user. Improvements - Repeating events now carry over when you import a calendar file. Birthdays and other yearly, monthly, weekly or daily events from Google, Apple or Yandex keep repeating instead of showing up only once. - Exporting keeps repeating events as a single repeating entry, so "repeat forever" events keep all their future dates and other calendar apps see one series instead of hundreds of copies. - Importing a file you already imported no longer creates duplicates of repeating events. - If a calendar file has no events PearCal can read, you now get a short message instead of nothing happening.

What's new: ## New Features - Coloured dropdowns. A dropdown list in a sheet can show each choice as a coloured pill, as in Google Sheets. Choose Dropdown from a cell's menu and the values already in those cells become the choices, each with its own colour. Tap a choice in the setup to change its colour - More than one choice. Turn on "Allow more than one choice" and tick as many items as you like. Each one shows as its own pill - Smart chips. Type @ in a cell to add a date, a person from the file or one of your files or folders. People show with their picture and current name and files with their icon. Dates get a calendar button for changing them - Links to your files and folders. Link a cell to another PearOffice file or one of your folders from the Link button's Go to list. Anyone the file is shared with can open it; others are told they don't have it - Copy link. Every file and folder on the start screen has Copy link in its menu. On a new phone or computer, choose "I already use PearCal", then "Enter my 12 words". If you use a PeerLoom Seeder, your calendars come back on their own. - Your personal events, private notes and reminders come back with your 12 words too. - See your 12-word recovery phrase in Settings. Your phone asks for your fingerprint, face or PIN first (Touch ID on a Mac). New users see it once after setup, and existing users see it once after this update. - Birthdays: add birthdays in Settings and they show on your calendar every year, with the age when you know the birth year and a reminder that morning. - Desktop: you can now pair a PeerLoom Seeder from Settings, so your computer backs up your calendars too. PearCircle v1.1.6 is out! A peer-to-peer location-sharing app What's new: ## New Features - **Back up your circles to PeerLoom Seeder.** PeerLoom Seeder is one seeder app for all your PeerLoom apps. Pair it with PearCircle by scanning its QR code. It keeps a copy of your circles so members can catch up even when nobody else's phone is online. Your circles stay private: the seeder can't read names or places. - **Choose which circles to back up.** Each circle has its own switch. Any member can add a seeder to a circle. Only the person who added it, the owner or a co-owner can remove it. - **Already have a PearCircle Seeder?** It keeps working. You can keep using it, switch to PeerLoom Seeder or use both. ## Improvements - **One place for seeders.** Settings now shows all your seeders in one list.
