Those who would trade liberty for security deserve neither.
Zelensky is incapable of being president and making any international agreements. What's much worse, all these European charlatans admire him and support him in everything. He can very easily drag us all into war. And without America because the Americans will have nothing to do with it anymore.
The EC has incredibly strict laws on privacy, transparency, etc., but they are enforced selectively. Imagine what it would look like if everything was legal - for example, if epidemiologists and other "experts", who waved at us daily from the front pages and TV screens in the early 2020s, had to tell us every time who funded them and how much they received from the pharma industry, how much from the US government, how much from the EC. Also, imagine that these economists, who have already started, and as time goes on will be more and more common on the front pages and small screens (yes, this shit is only just starting, unfortunately) always have to state how much money they received from the European Commission. Because in the EU-US trade war, the European Commission is an active party that participates. Playing the role of an objective analyst of a conflict while receiving money from one side of the conflict is called fraud and hidden advertising. If I, or anyone else, were to do that for any other government or commission, I would already be in prison. But, as I said, EU laws are implemented selectively. They simply don't apply to some. And that is the crowning proof of what I've been harping on all along - the EC is taking us back to the Middle Ages, to a society of castes and status - aristocracy and peasants. There is no equality before the law, no freedom.
If Trump has brought something good to Europe and the world, it is the awareness of the harmfulness of protectionism. Journalists are now all for free trade, suddenly they don't like tariffs. It wasn't always like that. It's just that they're doing it again out of political opportunism, not principle or public interest. The EU imposes shameful tariffs on the rest of the world and uses many more, much more innovative methods of protectionism, so it was never a problem. When Trump does the same - that's a problem. At least the media has remained consistent in its inconsistency, hypocrisy and complete blindness to the facts. #media #EU #Trump #tariffs
I don’t mean to brag or anything, but I have been the same gender since birth. I know how rare that is nowadays!
"We protect ours." When a politician says that, citizens should be aware of what the politician means by that. He means his own, literally his own - his ass, his own pockets, his friends in the private sector, his bureaucracy and his own position. It's always like that, it's always like that. It's just sad that people are naive and don't see it. Please stop protecting us! image
As soon as Trump first mentioned tariffs against the EU, the commissioners in Brussels should have immediately abolished all tariffs on imports from the US and passed a directive ordering member states to reduce VAT. VAT is not like a tariff, it does not discriminate against foreign goods, but Trump is right - why should American exporters be victims of a greedy European administration? If Europeans are victims of high taxes, it is their own fault because they vote for such policies, but Americans are not. VAT is too high no matter how you look at it. Instead, EU bureaucrats are showing off, beat their chests with their fists and act like fools. We will answer decisively and adequately! Wow! It will cause the worst economic crisis and recession in the history of the EU. That will be their answer. #EU #Trump #VAT #bureaucrats #tariffs #US #recession

Is this a daily dose of our democracy or a daily dose of liberal democracy? 🫢 #EU #democracy image
The thing when a bunch of street idlers and punks get into parliament thanks to a TikTok video and gullible girls. Who would have thought that in the 2020s Marxist policies would be so popular, and that in a country where they had an "Anti-Fascist Wall". Imagine that, the Russians built a wall to prevent East Germans from escaping to a better life and then they call it the Anti-Fascist Wall to indoctrinate people that fascism is on the other side of the wall. 35 years after the demolition of the Antifa wall, their official successors and protagonists of the same policies, with the same slogans, are triumphant. No one could have predicted this in the 1990s. #Germany image
It is very unthankful to be a liberal party or a party that is somewhere in the center, and is not the strongest political force in the country. It is easy when you are in opposition and criticize, that is how you get points. But what is the point of being in opposition all the time? Every politician and every political option, that has a vision and a program, has to find a way to realize those ideas at least partially, and that is impossible when you are not in a position of power. To get to that position, you have to form a coalition with the right or the left. When the liberals form a coalition with the right, they will disappoint a part of their electorate (the part that cannot stand the right) and those people will certainly not vote for the liberals in the next elections. If they form a coalition with the left, they will disappoint a part of their electorate again, the other part that cannot stand the left. That is a terribly unthankful position because the voters of liberal parties are probably the worst critics in the world (I know this from my own experience). Merz will now form a coalition with the SPD. Do you think that will make any CDU voter stop voting for the CDU because of this? I highly doubt it. Merkel has already formed a coalition with the Social Democrats and has lost nothing. Only the liberals are being criticized for that. And it is precisely the liberal parties that should be inclusive by default and able to form coalitions with both sides of the political spectrum. Lindner was criticized for everything that Scholz's government did, even though in 90% of cases he could do nothing about it. What he did was protect citizens from even worse inflation by not releasing the brake on public debt. If he had not been in government, the Left would have been in government and Germans would probably be choking on inflation now. But people simply don't know that because they didn't experience it, so no one is acknowledging it. The media blamed him for bringing down the left-liberal government they loved, and the voters blamed him for even entering it. The man is the victim of a series of unfortunate circumstances and prejudices. The truth is that without a strong FDP, things in German high politics will only get worse. #liberals #Merz #CDU #SPD #Merkel #FDP #Germany #Lindner #inflation
Politicians largely ignore the influence of TikTok and Instagram. Today's success of the German Left party "Die Linke", which had 3% a month ago, should serve as a textbook example of how to attract young people. Simply, you need to make silly, short, not overly clever video clips and just upload them to TikTok. #germany #germanelections #wef #socialism
