Recovered from an outage and hardened the relay.
For now, the Tor onion is only back up — reachable over Tor while I finish verifying direct IPv6 inbound:

・Reworked networking to bypass a post-reboot host⇄container issue
・Restored Tor onion (torrc old-IP → docker DNS)
