Went to open mat today, was feeling a little weak and light headed in the morning, but one I started rolling I felt pretty normal! Making some beef bone broth now to break the fast in the morning, can't wait! #bjj #jiujitsu #fasting

First day back on the mats in about 5-6 weeks. I hurt my rib and got a rash on my arm and throat, I thought it was a staph infection, so I took some zpak i keep on hand for about a week, no improvement. I go to urgent care and they also thought it was staph, more antibiotics, no improvement. I go back to urgent care, now they think its ringworm, cream for 2 weeks, no improvement. Went to a dermatologist today and they think its eczema, so not contagious! I can start training again! YES! So then at class today one of the kids from jiujitsu gave me a Christmas present he made since I help out at kids classes pretty often. #bjj #jiujitsu
