Amethyst is showing us once again the poopiness of many people's relay setups.

If you're wondering why I unfollowed you, it's because I moved you into a private list. Also, consider not calculating your value as a person based on whether or not a cheese packet unfollowed you.
If you're wondering why I followed you again, it's because most of the interesting stuff is still working with public lists and I need some follows in there for reasons.
When your wife asks if you want a side piece, the correct answer is no.
Unless she's talking about bacon. Then yes.

Slanted pig prints nice with some butt supports. The internals look good and needed no supports. It found a tiny flaw in my .stl because I have two parts butted together with no overlap. I'll fix that and go to prototype #4.
I've been running these with a 0.6 nozzle with big nasty layers for speed, but I'll run the next one on kind of a normal default setup. I'm probably going to enlist Cheese Jr. for a real-world kid test. This is definitely easier for a printer noob to make, at the price of a few less-aesthetic areas.

Still needs some work, but we have successfully pigged.

Well, it's a pig. Two halves is more efficient, but it just doesn't hit quite right. Printing with supports in the board cavity is probably better in the end. I'll run another one tomorrow for comparison.

Okay it's not the worst. There's room for variation in the ESP32 boards. The displays are stuck on +/- about 1mm in any direction, so there's wiggle room for that. Also room for the right angle USB adapter. There's a cavity that extends out the starboard side of the pig for the cable.
I'm trying to print two halves that connect with dowels. We'll see how sloppy the seam is. Speaking of seams, doing it this way puts a seam right through the face, so that's not gonna work. Might just have to bite the bullet and print a bunch of supports in the cavity.
