Is this a worldwide phenomenon? The level of service and motivation of employees in retail is such poop since COVID. Went to Home Depot yesterday…asked an employee for help. All they do is pull out their phone with the app and tell you the isle (which I can do myself), with an attitude being annoyed you asked. This isn’t 100% of people or 100% of my experience, but I would say here in the USA, it is about 88% of the time for me. I refuse to lower my standards and accept this, maybe because I have worked retail in the past?!

NOSTR is my favorite place on the internet. 🥳 Period, full stop. Centralized social media has become all about consumption and feels kind of like justifying that relationship that was slightly abusive, saying well it wasn’t ALL bad, there were SOME good times. Happy to report I’ve left that relationship and those platforms for good. 😅 NOSTR is full of true creators….not just ‘content creators’ (those words make me want to barf now 🤮). Almost everyday I see a new project that meets a need and there’s almost no negativity….I hope it stays that way for generations 🙏🏽. Congrats to everyone here doing epic shit on the daily 🫶🏽.
