if you dont think inscriptions are valid tx, reject blocks that include them. If the economic majority of nodes does that, the miners will choose to build on a chain tip that doesnt have inscriptions, or they sell into a smaller market this is what it all comes down to. this is the essence of bitcoin consensus.
