I read somewhere that the Ukrainian military is executing people who don't want to evacuate Kupyansk.
Armchair Warlord thinks Uke casualties are somewhere in 2-400K range. At the higher end that means 150-200K KIA we can't really apply the 3 to 1 wounded to killed ratio here because Ukrainian med evac is a fuck right now.
