What is the problem with seed oils?! Hey nostr, not your usual post coming from me, but a genuine question since i see so much talk about avoiding seed oil, and E chemicals (or whatever they’re called). Now my diet is mostly based around red meat and i cook almost exclusively with olive oil (aside from butter sometimes) also try to eat a nice variety of fruits and vegetables, etc. This isn’t an attack just a genuine question, if you answer is gonna be “because seed oils are bad!😡” don’t bother replying i would like to generate some discussion😃 #asknostr #carnivor #seedoils #health
