GM, today I have added a new security feature for the Favilla Key. After X amount of time when the device is left unlocked, it will arm itself. After that, any movement detected via an accelerometer will auto lock the device.
GN , this is an air gap test
GM, Swapping over secure elements (SE051 on the left) vs (ATECC 608B on the right) . SE051 has native PIN verification and AES encryption. 608B has neither and the firmware fakes both, having todo do round trips. The difference is huge.
GM , Have been working on power management on the Favilla Key. Finding a balance between, convenience, security and battery life. Ultimately the user gets the final control over this.
Just checking air gapped signing !
