It's not like how you described the other service working. This one listens to the caller and tries to respond appropriately. You can flag numbers and area codes, and it auto-filters by phone number spam scoring. You need to pay for the service, and add the number from your JollyRoger account, as a FRWing number on your phone, so it rings both your phone and the 2nd number at once which allows their system to answer your phone number. #scambaiting
