Nice little walk today around the spinney at Obelisk Rise (1960/70s housing estate), it was pretty wild and scrappy last time I visited and all throughout my childhood in Northampton, a cut through to Boughton village fed by back alleys along the gardens often littered with trolleys and firepits... Now it seems a local volunteer group has secured funding to look after it and we have these gravelled pathways (installed 2024) and an info board #HSA #movetoearn
