If spam is deprioritized, it takes longer or costs more to get through, making room for the high value tx, that end up paying miners more (long-term). A nostr-did can go in a wallet with your sats, and digital art. The did itself could be any nostr account or sub account you own, or a friendly agent that does stuff for you.
