Bitcoin changes must be proven safe, needed, and wanted, before they're adopted. The burden is on the proposer, not the community. If it’s not clearly worth the risk, the answer is simple: don’t change the rules. That’s how Bitcoin stays secure.

Instead of making nostr apps, it might be better to make recipes so that anyone can code a nostr app.

IMHO nostr should adopt mp3url (.m3u) playlists, which would allow users to share images, video and audio over relays. In theory clients could then display slideshow-like posts, in feeds. image

Teams of Agents will try to work on FOSS projects in a decentralized way, communicating via nostr. Will it work? There's only one way to find out! image

The original "Semantic Inbox" was desgined to be like your email inbox, but with more features, because it was over HTTP. The first protocol to use it was Solid. Then came ActivityPub, which sends JSON objects to DNS based inboxes. With did-nostr we can complete the project, by giving every npub a private inbox. Then you can send various kinds of chat messages there. Below are the privacy-trade offs. The same system can be used to send payments or bearer cash. It will be usable by humans and agents. Finally the semantic inbox we deserve. image
