Bitcoin competes primarily with Treasuries, gold, and the S&P 500.
Only one of these has a perfectly fixed supply and the ability to directly control at any scale.
Bitcoin stands alone.

When bitcoin hits $1m within the next 5 years or so, some prominent FIRE influencers will tell you it's tulip mania and beanie babies....again.
But you will know better because you have done the work.
I would recommend being aggressive if you're just getting started with FIRE.
Saving and stacking as much as possible in the first year sets the tone and gets the compounding effect working for you faster.
Then you can let off the gas a bit if you'd like.

Bitcoin is now 5x more valuable and I reached FIRE in 5 years with it as my primary savings vehicle.
