So on election day in Czechia, the state decided to update certificate of electronic version of ID which you need to show to be able to vote (or whatever they did, but the fact is, it apparently doesn't work).
😂😂😂
State efficiency at its best.
Post #fast report:
I'm keeping intake under control. Which is much simpler now. The body is accustomed to no intake at all.
It's especially easy when going low carb.
But somehow I'm not able to get my rest day, something always comes up 😅

Good morning to #fast day 5. So I reached my goal I set here on Monday.
Probably best morning feeling of all the days so far.
True, there is basically constant feeling of mild hunger in the background but nothing too obstrusive.
But I need to start thinking strategically what to do now?
I want to have very intensive box training on a Monday morning, so I definitely need some energy for that. When to end fast? Today? Tomorrow? Sunday morning? Question questions...
#fast day 4.
4 full days now. Yeah, ok I occasionally smell something nice and get a little craving but easily manageable.
Apart from that biggest issue is boredom when others are eating 😁
I remembered now to step on scales - 3,5 kg down.
And according to Smart scales the water is constant, muscles slightly down (like half kilo) and most is fat. So far so good then.
Let's see tomorrow.
#fast morning of day 4.
As with past experience, the hunger is gone almost completely. I prepared breakfast for kids without any issue.
Starting to feel loss of energy though. Still able to do my morning training routine, but I feel it more then normally.
Also I need to back down on coffee, now with nothing else to work with, my normal coffee dosage is way too high 😁
Trump:
"Windmills are a joke. They don't work. They're too expensive. They're not strong enough to fire up the plants that you need to make your country great. The wind doesn't blow. Those big windmills are so pathetic and so bad, so expensive to operate, and they have to be rebuilt all the time; they rust and rot. Most expensive energy ever conceived.
You're supposed to make money with energy, not lose money. You lose money, the governments have to subsidize. You can't put them out without massive subsidies. All green is all bankrupt. That's what it represents. Many countries are on the brink of destruction because of the green energy agenda.
The carbon footprint is a hoax made up by people with evil intentions, and they're heading down a path of total destruction.
If you don't get away from this green scam, your country is going to fail."
