Good morning. Today morning was so cold I was driving to the office with my roof up. Imagine that!

Post #fast report: I'm keeping intake under control. Which is much simpler now. The body is accustomed to no intake at all. It's especially easy when going low carb. But somehow I'm not able to get my rest day, something always comes up 😅

Ok. I decided to end #fast after day 5. Mostly out of boredom in upcoming weekend 😅 Let's have a steak later on. Thanks for support!

Good morning to #fast day 5. So I reached my goal I set here on Monday. Probably best morning feeling of all the days so far. True, there is basically constant feeling of mild hunger in the background but nothing too obstrusive. But I need to start thinking strategically what to do now? I want to have very intensive box training on a Monday morning, so I definitely need some energy for that. When to end fast? Today? Tomorrow? Sunday morning? Question questions...

#Fast day 2, 48 hours or so. I had some coffee and tea. Mostly to have a feeling to have something 😁 Somewhat hungry.

Fast day 1. 24h (probably I don't remember when exactly I have eaten last yesterday) I think I'll go to sleep especially early 😬😁

Prý nějaká letadla narušila vzdušný prostor NATO a slýším stížnosti, že nereagujeme rozhodně. Ale vždyť se hned svolala diskuse (čl. 4), předpokládám, že vznikne nějaký výbor nebo dokonce odborná komise. Tak o co byste chtěli víc? Letákovou kampaň snad?
