Now I understand why my Dad wakes up before everyone else. Never understood before, but its like the only time you can really get to yourself if you are disciplined to not allow incoming. Then, the joy is great when the little one comes in to find me in the morning, is massive. Waking with the sun structures the entire day for the family.
