If you don't own your own RSS feed, you're at the mercy of your feed hosting company. You're now limited to who you can put in your value block, and who can see your music or podcast. If you're in a country that outlaws the use of Bitcoin, then you're fucked, because your hosting company will honor the oppressive laws before they honor your freedom, and they will remove your value enable feed from their server. You've heard not your keys, not your Bitcoin. Same goes for your RSS feed. You want to be sovereign with your money, but not your intellectual property. Seems like a weird disconnect to me.
