I don't really use the Blockstream Green interface often. I usually use Sparrow and a Jade. First impressions of the experimental Lightning is similar to Phoenix in setup and fees. Though it is far clunkier in the few hours I've been playing with it.
The swap took about 14 confirmations before the lightning account was usable, though notifying me of a swap in progress for the amount to open the channel. Eventually it went through. Then all worked swimmingly for about 10 tests back and forth over an hour or so.
Then, for an hour and a half I could not send anything out. No matter invoice, which wallet, WoS, Alby, Phoenix or Breez, straight LNURL @addresses.
I was frustrated.
Then it fixed itself and has been working fine in the several hours since. So. Bumpy start, maybe just bad luck for the failed payments, but, I like it when it works so I'm going to keep fooling with it. Just not as seamless or explanatory as some other wallets if you don't have a grasp of how some of this works.
It is also very clear when you activate the feature that this could be in the cards.
