I've been a machinist for 20 years. I'm about tapped out of this grind. I tell my superiors how it is. They hate it. But they can't fire me because I'm too productive and efficient. There is also a huge lack of willing to learn/capable new employees showing up over the last 10 years. AI hasn't seemed to replace demand/skill in the slightest. Covid was the same shit. "Work from home". A testament to the useless.

I will continue to be sick. And relish in the grimace I receive when I tell them the timeframe isn't possible. Mathematically. Based on cycle time.

YouTube ads can fuck themselves. Haven't had to tolerate that shit for the last six months since using NewPipe/pipepipe/NouTube. Also canceled all my movie/TV streaming services over a year ago and have just been streaming/torrenting them then video casting to my TV. I'll take the occasional VPN hiccups/low quality over shitty algos of 50 categories of the same 10 "original contents" from one of seven conglomerated IP companies I dont want to sign up for a new "service" or "bundle" just to watch. Come arrest me for illegally viewing instead of signing up for a free version of Piscock with 180 second ads every 4 minutes just to watch Falling Down for the 10th time.

This is my mempool. There are many like it but this one is mine. So totally dis-regard.
