GM จาก ห้วยผึ้ง,กาฬสินธุ์ ครับ #siamstr ใส่ชุดเดิมใช่ครับ ยังไม่ได้อาบน้ำ หลายๆพื้นที่ ตามที่ได้รับข้อความที่ทักทายกันยามเช้า ส่วนใหญ่ปกคลุมไปด้วยเมฆฝน และไม่มีแดด ที่ห้วยผึ้งก็เหมือนกันครับ ส่วนเมื่อคืน การนอนหลับค่อนข้างโดนรบกวนอยู่พอควร ทั้งจากเสียงเครื่องยนต์(ร้านติดถนน) และเสียงร้องของเจ้า 2 ตัวด้านล่าง ที่ตื่นทุกๆ 4 ชั่วโมง ผมเข้านอน 21.00 น. นิดๆ ตื่น ลงมาด้านล่าง 2 รอบ ตี 1 และ ตี 5 จากที่ตั้งใจไว้ว่าจะ ลุกมาทำงานช่วง 5.30 ด้วยความเพลียเลยงีบต่อ และได้ลงมาช่วงใกล้ๆ จะ 7.00 เออแฮะตั้งใจว่าจะซอมเบิ่งดูพระ มัวแต่กวาดฝุ่น ไว้วันหลังละกัน ช่วงเช้า ทำดริป ร้อนให้พี่ข้างบ้านกับแม่ แล้วก็สักพักมีน้องมาสั่งอเมริกาโน่เย็น ผมยังไม่ได้ปรับเครื่องบดไฟฟ้าและ วอร์มเจ้าแฟลร์ 58 ไว้ เพราะวันนี้ตั้งใจจะทำเฉพาะ pour over coffee ก็เลยทำดริปเย็น ratio 1:10 ให้น้องไป ได้เวลากาแฟของผมแล้วครับ ตอนที่กำลังเก็บๆ ของ เจอเจ้ากาแฟตัวนี้ที่พี่เค้าฝากไปงาน คนที่ดื่มกาแฟ donate คงได้ชิมกันไปบ้างแล้ว สำหรับผมเพิ่งจะได้ชิมวันนี้แหละครับ หน้าซองหลาามาเลยว่า doubble ferment ซึ่งงงผมไม่ค่อยถูกกับกาแฟลักษณะนี้เท่าไหร่ แต่หลังจากที่บดดมกลิ่นแห้งแล้ว คลีนกว่าที่คิด และพอได้ดื่ม กลิ่น สตอเบอรี่บิสกิต และความเปรี้ยวของลูกอม ของกาแฟตัวนี้ทำออกมาได้ดีเลยครับ ต้องขอบคุณ พี่ๆจากร้าน PANUMI จ.ตาก @Panumi ด้วยนะครับที่ส่งกาแฟมาให้คนที่มางานได้ลองดื่มกัน สำหรับวันนี้ผมก็คงวุ่นๆกับการเคลียร์พื้นที่ร้านต่อไป ขอให้วันนี้เป็นวันที่ดีครับ #lowtime #stayhumble #coffeechain #coffee #v4v #local #thailand

GM จากห้วยผึ้ง กาฬสินธุ์ ครับ #siamstr เช้านี้ผมยังไม่ได้เปิดร้านกาแฟตามปกติ เนื่องจากให้เวลาร่างกายพักผ่อนสักหน่อย หลายๆอย่างที่เคยปฏิบัติเป็นกิจวัตร ค่อนข้างจะผิดรูปผิดร่างผิดท่าผิดทางไปเยอะเหมือนกัน คงต้องใช้เวลาสักพักเพื่อให้ระบบกลับมาสมดุล เจ้า 2 ตัวที่อยู่ในคุถัง พี่สาวถ่ายรูปมาบอกตั้งแต่เมื่อวาน ว่ามีคนเอามาทิ้งไว้พื้นที่พงหญ้าข้างบ้าน ได้แต่บอกว่าเดี๋ยวกลับไปจัดการดูแลเบื้องต้นและประกาศหาบ้านให้เด็กๆ ต่อไป ส่วนเจ้าตัวใหญ่จากที่ให้เทสดมๆน้อง ก็เป็นไปตามคาด เข้ากันไม่ได้แน่นอน จะหยุมหัวน้องอย่างเดียว ตามนิสัย ขอให้วันนี้เป็นวันที่ดีของทุกคนนะครับ ทำหน้าที่ของเรา ทำงานของเรา #dogstr
