Any Muslim claiming that saving is detrimental to society, or that money can't be sitting idle, or that holding on to an asset and having it appreciate over time is "unearned wealth", is economically illiterate and have not thought very deeply about money or capital. Their arguments should not be taken seriously. Actually their arguments should be mocked.

I understand using AI is tempting and easy, but often times you can reach more people by just talking normally and not making everything so structured and organized like you're trying to impress someone on LinkedIn. Thoughts on paper just sound better and more natural when they're not so neatly organized.

At the recently held muslim tech fest in London, it looks like they platformed shitcoiners and someone from google's AI team. Simon explains how the global fiat monetary system funds what he calls a “proof of weapons” network: a cycle of military expansion, global surveillance, and centralized control maintained through debt and inflation. "Being a bitcoiner comes down to one thing: You don't like being told what to do." This is what I see as harder to grasp than anything technical-related to Bitcoin, especially for societies shaped by deep collectivism, economic dependence on the state, or some conformist need for institutional validation. It's this "cultural" cypherpunk mindset that's inherently rebellious and unyielding, and it can even be seen as "disrespectful" in certain cultures. Bitcoin requires a mindset of disobedience + self-responsibility, which clashes with cultures that prize obedience + comfort/convenience. Bitcoin is seen as a rejection of being told what to do, that makes it alien to anyone conditioned to outsource their thinking.
