GM #nostr, much cloudier here compared to our heatwave yesterday. Fiat mines, potato harvesting, potentially the first batch of courgettes as well. Spent the evening talking with my wife about eating Paleo, no seed oils, plastics free, local organic food. Both of us have come to the same place although at different points and different journeys. I was focused more on optimal health whereas my wife is more focused on giving our children a healthy start. Very pleased we’re both realising the same things independently, validating what we’re both thinking. Long term goal is living rural, kind of “homestead” although much smaller scale than our US friends. One thing I’m really big on is growing with permaculture principles. Unpopular take but this is stupid. Can’t wait for Bitcoin to be the dominant asset. But there is still value in fine art, property, rare metals. But their value will move from just being an indicator of net worth to net enjoyment. You can enjoy art, you can enjoy property and the benefits it gives your family, you can enjoy rare metals. Their value will be pegged against BTC and the quality of life they give someone. It makes no sense that “everything goes to zero against Bitcoin”. You can’t “enjoy” Bitcoin, it’s a store of value.
