A over a year ago I created a program called REUNION that I ran live twice with men and women and allowed for them to connect more deeply with their own nature while practicing honest expression with each other. It was a really beautiful dojo. I think some of my best work lives in that program. I decided to take some of it and make it available as an audio course so some of the concepts could be more accessible to people - I truly think there are some life changing and relationship altering pieces to it. I just uploaded the course onto Wavlake. I don’t know how long I’ll keep it there as I think I’d prefer to have it somewhere where people pay for the whole course instead of boost it in the pay for value model (also wanting to hold the ethical line for how it’s available to others outside of the Bitcoinsphere) But for now, it’s there as a gift. Just saw an article about the risk of quantum computing to Bitcoin. Talk to me like I’m 5, how much of a risk is this to consider?

Tips for men initiating contact with women: state your intention right away. Reveal something. Otherwise you’re in an energy of taking. Asking a question without stating an intention means there is no frame for her to decide whether or not it feels right to answer.

There is a moment where a man’s touch can move from generative to extractive. A woman who is connected to her body can feel it. And the thing is, often the man is simply following the thread of his arousal/ desire. He does not know where that line is without feedback. That’s because the line is determined by the woman’s system. And it occurs at the spot where a part of her gets left behind. Where she is no longer fully seen. The question is, is he still seeing and being with her entirety, which will inherently be more vulnerable for him and her (and more nourishing), or is he ignoring aspects to take what he can get? Her body can be turned on and alive but yet she can feel that moment when in order to keep allowing, she will be leaving a piece of herself behind. This is where the connection moves beyond the physical. And if she leaves a piece behind, he can’t meet it. It is actually impossible. It is always her responsibility to notice this and adjust things. Always. Women have not been taught how to distinguish this. And even more, we haven’t been taught it’s our responsibility to communicate about it. And then we’ve demonized men for plowing through our invisible boundaries that we didn’t even know we had. To master this spot as a woman might be one of the most important things you could do. The same pattern plays out in your entire life. Not just in romance and sex. It is something you must experience in real time. You must slow down enough to feel the subtle shifts. And you must not blame him for doing what he’s designed to you. This is how we dance. Add for the men: to know this and not take her adjustment personally will be life changing.

I very rarely listen to podcasts or watch educational YouTube clips. Instead, I surround myself with people in my life, including teachers, whose translation of concepts is one that resonates with me at a deep level. This happens with my circle of friends naturally. If a friend listens to a podcast and loves it and wants me to listen, I will ask her what spoke to her in it and what got her excited. Her translation of the pieces that mattered is way more valuable to me than the original transmission. When it comes to health and longevity, I will ask my brother because his knowledge is one I trust. Almost any time he tries to send me a study or something he’s read, it’s a no. Of course there are exceptions, but most of the time, I learn through people that my soul has deemed appropriate for my overall growth. This has not been an intentional thing, but rather something I have observed of myself over the years. And it’s something I trust deeply. It is also how I landed here.

Value for value. It’s that simple. Some of us have been living that way relationally for years and it’s starting to migrate into other areas. Others may have started in business or in tech and can use the reminder to also bring this into relationships. Not in a transactional sense but in generosity sense. When you do that, the entire ecosystem expands. It’s life giving.

I’m starting to write some longer words about my exploration of Bitcoin and the freedom tech world. I wish I didn’t even have to use those words because they’re so coded and already I know make 50% of people want roll their eyes or fall asleep (they did for me). Within a few days, I joined NOSTR on Primal and I’ve got my podcast shared on NOSTR as well so now people who listen can immediately send me money. I am putting some of my meditations into an album online where the same thing can happen. As soon as I put my energy towards making my work accessible in a market that has clean value exchange, 3 people reached out to me (in my regular world) about working with me. The energy doesn’t lie. I think there is something here and I think my sharing of my journey will be supportive for people who have not yet resonated with the way so much of this stuff is talked about.

I get a visceral reaction in my body when I open up instagram now. And my face goes blechhh. I’m really feeling a shift in my relationship to the social media space.

I just learned 6 weeks ago that Bitcoin is finite and fundamentally different than Crypto. I worked at a tech start up with 12 guys in 2017 who tried to teach it to me and I don't think that was ever mentioned. This fact was the KEY piece that clunked something in for me and is a big reason my interest around this whole world has opened. I think there is a major education opportunity available.
