Etna, the highest and most active volcano in Europe, might seem like a force of destruction, but it’s actually the reason life thrives in the region. Its volcanic soil makes the land incredibly fertile, its melting snow provides water during the dry summer months, and its presence feels almost protective, like a mother watching over her children. Mamma Etna is a giver of life. 🌋
