I found myself needing to send a payment of Mexican pesos from here in the states. I went to my bank to see if they could help. “We can’t send to other countries, go try this other bank”. Long story short, I tried 3 banks(three strikes). I asked my friend in Mexico if he’d look into @npub1ex7m...vyt9 or @Cash App but instead he sent me a Bank of America account and routing number. Ok, I got this now, I think. I drove to the local BOA expecting to deposit cash into his account. “No, we can’t do that, you have to wire from your own bank”. I drove all the way to my bank branch that said it was open today (closest 3 were closed) to find that the only thing open was the drive thru. Ugggh! Had he sent me a lightning invoice, it would have be paid in seconds. The banking system is a broken, outdated and corrupt machine. ₿itcoin > Banks #bitcoin #lightning #fuckthebanks

I like this range for ₿itcoin, the first four digits remind me of radio stations that I listened to while growing up. I don’t need much of an excuse to smash a buy order.
