I’ve always hated Attia. He seemed like a scammer who was financially invested in statins. How he so smugly dismissed LMHR and metabolic health was a red flag. Also, he had a ton of email correspondence with Epstein.
My gut was right, and I was right to trust it. Good riddance.

- Bond markets are massive.
- Interest rate uncertainty forces more hedging from bond investors.
- That hedging soaks up tremendous amounts of liquidity.
The Dow is up ~9.9% in 67 years against M2 money supply. A CAGR of ~0.14%.
The S&P is up ~61% in 67 years against M2 money supply. A CAGR of ~0.71%.
