You do you, but I personally can’t do memes and jokes because of all the people affected. I won’t say they were “victims” per se because ultimately your keys are your responsibility. But they went out of their way to try to do what they thought was the right thing and still got hit, so I think they deserve some grace right now. If you temporarily moved to a hot wallet or different vendor single sig with unknown entropy, how about…? 1. Generate 23 words with pick and replace or Jimbo’s card method. 2. Load 23 words into ColdCard (or other HWW) to get checksum words. Randomly pick checksum word. Optional use other offline device to verify same checksum words and final result. 3. Use CC to export xpub to sparrow. 4. Send funds to those addresses Is anything else about the CC besides the RNG compromised? Ex. Anything to do with xpub. Cc @jimbocoin 🃏

Perhaps moving forward, all company made signing devices should remove the ability to generate a seed without solely/added entropy and/or passphrase. If single sig Ledger or Trezors get hit next, I can’t fathom how many years it would set Bitcoin back. Certainly much more than MtGox did.
