My Homestead is in Lancaster, tn. We made feta, chevre, farmers cheese and paneer. But we tasted many cheeses from around the world. It was an amazing experience

GM nostr. Progress on the reroofing of the Basecamp Lodge. Ready for metal on Monday AND we are about dry enough on that replacement siding to paint. For the cheese class, she will still be u painted, but 1 step at a time.

GM everyone! The menu for the Aug 23 cheese experience is done. What does "done" mean? Well, the basis of the experience is there but since it is a truly farm to table experience, we don't exactly know what will be served beyond this framework. Haven't had this cheese in a long rime, but it will be served at the cheese class on Aug 23. This in one of the most commercially produced cheeses that will.be there but it is one of my old favorites!
