Hi everyone
Eid Mubarak 🫂
I have been working on my career- that’s why I haven’t been around.
But I didn’t skip my training.
Today I ran my long run 20K
With this run, I have reached 1000km since the beginning of 2025 😍

Before the race, I was telling my friend, “I don’t want to run. I’ll probably jog at 5:30–6:00 pace.”
I still can’t believe it. What a race!
Can’t believe what happened at the Konya 10K race!
Coming from 50m elevation to 1000m, dealing with overtraining symptoms, barely any training, little sleep, and after 12–13 hours of travel…
And still, I ran my second-best 10K time — 4:50 pace!

Hello nostr 🫂
I am going to Konya tonight by train. It takes approximately 12–13 hours. The season is over for me , but I will run the Konya 10K race just for fun. I will do my makeup, put on colorful glitter on my eyes, and pose for every photographer.
Konya is the city where Rumi lived. I want to visit Rumi and Şems’s tombs and pray for them. #runstr #running
My coach recommended that I diversify my training. So I signed up for the pool and swam 600 meters at a 1:41 pace. And I have no idea what I did. #swimming

After struggling with overtraining syndrome in the past days, I’m really happy that I still managed to run within my target time #runstr #running

Hi #runstr #running
I finally ran my race I have been training for over the past few weeks! I finished 10K in 47:01 min (4:42/km avg.) placing 2nd in my age group. I wanted to finish under 47 minutes. However, I ended up overtrained in the final stretch. Despite all that, I think I did my best.
Time to rest 💆🏻♀️

Hi guys,
Tomorrow is the race day that I have been training for weeks.
Toward the end, I gave up and started showing overtraining symptoms.
I entered taper week with lack of training. But there is nothing to do anymore.
Wish me luck! 🍀 #runstr #running

2 days to go Çeşme 🏃🏻♀️ 🌊🏖️
Hi guys,
I had overtraining symptoms for the past three days — I felt “🤢” during workouts and ended up skipping two sessions. After two days of rest, I managed to run 8.5 km at a 6:08 pace. I’m feeling better now, but I still don’t feel like doing an interval session yet.
I’ve been following the program perfectly, so I think my coach may have pushed the load a bit too much. (He also coaches the national triathlon team… lol.)
Just because I don’t have any training tomorrow, I didn’t know what to do with all the excitement—so I ended up eating three slices of buttered bread, a date with peanut butter, and some chocolate right before bed lol
Today I finished my six-day non-stop training streak. I’m exhausted, and honestly, I’m getting sick of running. Tomorrow is finally my rest day. This weekend I have my last hard trainings — then taper week begins. I’m counting the days until May 11. After that, I’m free — at least for a month. Just running for fun.
But of course, it never really ends. After that, I want to run 35K on a trail in the world’s second-largest canyon . There’s no finish line to this kind of life.

I couldn’t sleep last night because of the pain. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to take a painkiller.
Anyway, they say if you don’t push yourself in training, you’ll struggle during the race. #runstr #running
Hi everybody,
Today I completed a 10x1000m interval session. I ran each rep at a pace between 4:30 and 4:38 per kilometer.
Warm-up, recovery jogs, active parts, and cool-down — all included, it was 17 kilometers in total.
It was an incredibly tough workout — I pushed myself so hard that I felt like throwing up, even though my stomach was empty.
And the picture is kind of a summary of my life: the track field, books and Jung.

Today I woke up 6:00 am and ran 8 km at zone-3 (5:30/km) before going to school. It took approximately 45 minutes in total.
I finished my training before work and now I am feeling completely free 🤣 I can do whatever after school. I don’t even have to worry about wind or rain!
