Every morning I wake up, the very first thing I ask myself is: How do I become 1% better today. Most of the time this manifests through my skills as a software developer. Other times it’s about lifting more weight in my garage gym. The aspect doesn’t matter, only the relentless march forward does.

I’ve been on a mission to understand everything there is to know about the Internet the last five years and my greatest lesson so far is that I still know nothing.

I spent 12 hours today fixing a broken CI/CD pipeline. I ended up having to nuke the entire VM and start with a fresh droplet. The worst part is I never was able to even resolve the original issue. Fortunately I learned a ton about Linux and can easily shell script my way out of this in the future.
