I just learned something that I would have never believed. So I was reading about stress and trying to learn about things that help you cope with it better. Apparently, one of the things that help you cope with stress better physically is: MARRIAGE. I couldn't believe it since I've always seen marriage as a source of stress and heartache plus people always complain about marriage and how miserable they are. When actually being married or in a long term stable relationship is actually better for your mental and physical health. What can I say? I guess I've been doing this the wrong way lol. What do you think guys?
