I have no idea what I'm doing.
I got plans. Got ideas. Goals. Operate on gut and grit. But, I have no idea how things will turn out.
Can't control outcomes. No one can. Future's unknown.
Value's subjective.
Markets don't know what they want until someone makes it.
In my field, the money people needed certainty in an uncertain world. Promise the future. Get failure. Money turns ash. In the business of taste, instinct makes profit. If you want something meaningful that is.
Trust your gut.
You can focus group your ideas. Get people around. Get feedback. Deliver mediocrity. Or, trust your gut. Feel it out. Sense what's real.
Price sends signals.
Someone buys it, it's good. Keep doing. Follow the signal.
Let go of plans.
Plans are just roadmaps. A guide. It's great to follow. Even more fun to take side roads. Screw 'em. Burn them. Caution to the wind. Make because you must. Because you can. Someone will value it.
Enjoy the journey.
The process of creating, that's the money. The pay off. You and your will. Making it happen. That's a sure thing.
Even in the uncertainty.

Economics is everything. Like gravity, it rules us.
It examines us. Observes our choices. Scrutinizes our actions. It's everywhere and nowhere. The invisible hand. Pushing. Pulling. Ever present. Yet, we know so little about it.
Economics tells a story. Humans in action. How it's told, that's the trick. More often than not, it's boring. Drab. Academic. Men in suits, talking. Charts. Graphs. Predictions. Dry on the outside, informative inside. A story ripe for plucking.
That's my attempt: to write human stories with an economic frame. Subtle like a summer breeze. Strong like whiskey Saturdays.
Then there's Bitcoin.
A new chapter. Challenging the old. Shaping the new. But it needs better content. Its story needs telling—telling in a way that's human.
Let’s start.

"You had ten thousand coins once."
Her smile flickers. Dies. Returns as a grimace. "Ancient history."
"You sold."
