Damn, I had node issues as well as a shit load of life ones like everyone else the last year,, i finally am back up and running, and in way better shape now, put a lot of work in and much more to do,,, I had gotten in on the Olas Beta, but that's when my node crapped out along with my relay and a bunch of other stuff all came down in other respects. What we have here is our first perfect sourdough . This is mainly a Sonoran white soft wheat loaf , but we applied lots of trial and error and book work to start making thw sourdough do what it’s supposed to . We even got the ear,, we are so blessed , time to make more #foodstr #breadstr
