A personal reminder , #nostr is the only public space on planet earth under the sovereign freedom endowed upon every person created by God, and no outside force except that of our creators will end it . What an honor to be alive during this geopolitical historical shift like nothing anyone saw coming, and what an honor to record it’s becoming upon the notes and other stuff with my relay. I’ll likely never be “cool” , but I’ve got the #nostr , and that’s cool enough for me .

Found a 3.5 lb French cut pork loin on sale , made a peanut butter whiskey cure and after three days , it’s about to hit the smoker for a few hours ,, I will continously baste the brown sugar honey seasame soy glaze through out. This should be very tasty Canadian bacon and last for a while , but who knows , maybe I wrap it at 145 and take it to 202 and have some pulled Canadian ham bacon to top everything with, It’s going to be a game time decision #bbqstr #foodstr

On this plain crispy waffer is a smear of pure apple cider preserve jelly , embedded on that is a few flakes of sheep’s Gouda and aged cows cheddar from Oregon, there’s a ghost pepperoni slice on the bottom or top of the waffer in the jelly , , then , , some more jelly and another ghost pepperoni against a soft chunk of smoked blue cheese to hold it up . I eat it in one bite but it’s a beautiful minute or so before it’s all gone . #foodstr

GM #nostr , it’s Wednesday , a good day for anything you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t done yet .

I had to aquire a fiat job in addition to running my business this past year , fortunately it was working for a friend who has a Resturant and I was able to help him out ,, today was to be my last day and i just couldn’t make it in . I’m sorry guys , I feel like something much more important is upon me and I am approaching a new precipice .
