So I literally read 12 pages of this on vacation, for three real reasons. First 'vacation' was 4 days, second I'm a REALLY bad reader, and third, I have delightful grandchildren who distracted me from nearly every other thing! Anyway, I read those twelve pages, which give a good background on the cyclic nature of history etc, and a light bulb came on and I thought; "Oh, 'they' understand this concept so 'they're just trying to manufacture the crisis for the 4th turning so 'they' can control the crisis, the fourth turning, and the changes that come from it. Have they always been this obvious?
