If you're having trouble remembering things, or you have brain-fog, it almost always sugars doing it. Same with bad vision (on the dietary side). However, the below is also true, all the artificial sweeteners are even worse! And honey is like an antibiotic. So, I use Stevia (100% pure). It's 10x more sweet than sugar, so you need a miniscule amount of it. It's a sap from a plant that has been dehydrated, and it's not a sugar, it just activates the sweet taste-buds. The way to use it is to start with a very small amount and add a little more until you reach the desired sweetness. It only has an aftertaste if you've put in too much. image

With daily poisons being sprayed upon us, this is more important than ever. BTW, remove the stem and put the whole apple in the smoothie, it's a powerful heavy-metals detoxer. Don't go overboard w/ the spinach, because while it makes you powerful like Popeye, your body can only process so much of it before it starts creating problems. Remember to wash the plastic and chemicals off the outsides first. image

JPMorgan Chase CEO, Jamie Dimon on Democrats today: “I have a lot of friends who are Democrats today, and they’re idiots. I always say they have big hearts and little brains. They do not understand how the real world works. Almost every single policy they rolled out has failed.” Yeah, he sums it up perfectly.

Good article by Carey Wedler: "Every election cycle, it is frustrating to watch people clamor to voting booths and place blind trust in untrustworthy politicians with track records of hypocrisy and dishonesty. Every election cycle, I am told the stakes have never been higher and that I must support this or that candidate to save the country. Every election cycle, it’s the most important election of our lifetime. Civilization hangs in the balance of the battle between good and evil. According to many voters, the politician they’re voting against is obviously the embodiment of evil. The politician they’re voting for is obviously fighting for good (or at least less evil). And every election cycle, nothing changes. The ruling class stays in power and continues chipping away at liberty while gaslighting the public with talking points and veneers of progress. "I understand how and why people get sucked into the false promises of politicians. The state of the world and politics is grim. Faith in governing institutions is staggeringly low, and the problems this system has created seem insurmountable. The hopelessness can feel overwhelming, so when a charismatic politician validates your concerns and promises to fix everything, the temptation to place your faith in them can be too strong to resist. Add in the fact that we are all taught the virtues of representative government and elections, and it’s no wonder people become entranced by political rhetoric. "I am no stranger to this experience; my near-fanatic trust in Barack Obama (based on his rhetoric, not his record) led me down the same path. But when contradictions kept mounting during his presidency, it became harder and harder to cling to his campaign promises. When I realized Obama failed to live up to the election rhetoric that led me to vote for him, I faced disappointment similar to what many MAGA voters feel now. I felt betrayed, angry, and even a bit ashamed to have fallen for it. But as the Sufi poet Rumi is often credited with saying, “The wound is the place where the light enters you.” (I can’t confirm Rumi said exactly this, but the sentiment is applicable regardless of the source). "As painful as the experience was, it allowed me to open my mind to other possibilities. If the politician I trusted so wholeheartedly was just like all the others, what hope was there for a political solution? On one hand, this was even more demoralizing. The mechanisms for social progress and accountability I was told were sacrosanct (voting, elections, and representative government) were actually vehicles for control, abuse, and authoritarianism. The very system I was taught gave me power and agency was keeping me subservient to the machine and unable to see possibilities outside of it. I was caught in a mental and existential matrix." Just a reminder to people: Telegram requires your phone number to create an account. This ties your REAL IDENTITY to your online interests and posts. You're going to feel how important this connection is when Palantir and Trump's total surveillance AI and databases come online, and tie what you are doing NOW and in the past to your Social Credit Score (I.e., your Threat Score). In just this past two weeks, I've had two 'female' accounts contact me, trying to get me to go contact them on Telegram. It's probable that one or both of these are Feds, so be on the lookout for this kind of activity, yourselves. I recommend everyone go and delete their Telegram accounts right now. X and Facebook too--while there's still some slim hope your activities thus far will slip Palantir's data nets. If something should happen to PocketNet and Bastyon/Brighteon, another good distributed anonymous network to fall back on is Nostr. Another distributed one is MeWe, which has echo-chamber problems, but is nevertheless another one. And then there's I2P, which is perhaps the most secure one, but which has a steep learning curve.

Modern Hebrew has only been a spoken language for the last 150 years. You may ask if the Zionist settlers are supposed to be Semitic, then why don't they sound Semitic at all? It's because Modern Hebrew spoken words were created by a Russian Jew 150 years ago. More proof that Israeli Jews are not even Semitic. -- They are slaughtering the Semitic people while claiming to be Semitic, so their activities cannot be denounced. And did you know the Talmud was not even written in Hebrew? It was written in Aramaic! Do you know which countries speak Aramaic? Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Turkey. The ones the Zionists have been attacking.

With Newscum and creatures like Mayor Karen Bass--the Organizing member of Venceremos Brigade, who's stated goals are to see the destruction of the USA--somehow STILL in office after draining the LA reservoirs to let 23,713 acres and 5,300 homes burn down, I'm sure none of us could see this coming: "Los Angeles is Broke – City Declares Fiscal Emergency. "The city of Los Angeles declared a state of fiscal emergency amid a $1 billion deficit." I'm sorry, I am feeling no sympathy for them. -- They keep asking for it, so they keep getting it.
