Starting my first fast today. I'm diabetic so this will be a interesting experiment. I'm excited about it.

Current philosophy is to buy Bitcoin, live a minimalist lifestyle, don't rush, get out into nature, and enjoy every breath. Working bees is part of getting into nature. Good morning Nostr btw.🫂

Last night in Italy and they threw a party for us. Italians know how to have a good time. Not sure of name of the band but playing songs of local favorite Fabrizio De Andre in town of Badalucco. It was an awesome day, night, vacation. Grazie. È stato fantastico.
